SNSD’s Taeyeon almost kissed SHINee’s Min Ho in a sitcom.
In the 3rd episode of SBS’s sitcom Salamander Guru and the Shadows, which will air on February 10, Min Ho, who plays a genius hacker looking for his father, almost kissed Taeyeon.
Taeyeon appeared on the sitcom as a cameo role. She played the role of a granddaughter from a rich family. She was escaping from her house through window to avoid getting married and fell down onto Min Ho, who was searching for something under the window.
Their lips were very close and Taeyeon fell in love with Min Ho. She tried hard to capture Min Ho’s hearts by acting cutesy in front of him.
After the shooting, Min Ho said, “Even though Taeyeon was very tired appearing on CBS’s talk show in the United States and performing in Paris, she shot the sitcom with me and I’m very thankful for that.”
The production crew said, “Taeyeon appeared on TV as an actress for the first time but she did a perfect job. Since Taeyeon was here shooting with us, all the men on staff were able to work happily.”
Besides Taeyeon, B2ST’s Yong Jun Hyung and Infinite’s L will also appear in the sitcom as cameos.
Minho and Sitcom production team praised Taeyeon:
Minho said, "It's such a big support for us. In her busy schedule attending US talkshow and Paris concert, she stayed for overnight filming without any complaint even if she's tired. I thank her sincerely for taking up such difficult role."
Production team said, "Taeyeon displays professionalism in her first taste for acting. There's almost nothing to pick on her in terms of script lines and expression. Taeyeon's appearance (in the team) indeed made Minho and all male staffs work more energetically than any other day."
